Clerk of Circuit Court to Speak at AARP Meeting
Paula O'Neil will present information about the functions of the county clerk and comptroller’s office.
Paula O’ Neil, Pasco County Clerk and Comptroller, will be the featured speaker at the March meeting of the Land O’Lakes Chapter of the AARP.
The meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. March 23 at the Land O’Lakes Community Center, 5401 Land O’Lakes Blvd.
Elected in 2008, O'Neil became the first female to serve as Clerk of Circuit Court & County Comptroller in Pasco County's history.
“Dr. O’Neil will provide a very informative, interesting, and eye-opening program about the functions of Pasco County’s award-winning clerk and comptroller’s office,” a press release stated.
Attendance is open to all AARP members in the local community who may be interested in joining the local chapter for the coming year.
The meeting is free to attend. Coffee and cake will be served and contributions are welcome. For those interested in joining the chapter, annual dues are $10 per person.
