2. SWEETBAY

The Deal: If you love pork chops, Sweetbay is the place to shop this week. It’s offering a buy one, get one free special on assorted chops. This represents a savings of up to $3.59. It also has a big buy-one-get-one sale on a number of items, including Thomas’ English muffins, Ragu spaghetti sauce and Hawaiian Punch.

3. WINN-DIXIE

The Deal: There’s nothing quite like hamburgers on the grill on a hot summer evening. If that sounds good, Winn-Dixie is the place to stop. It has ground chuck on sale for $2.49 a pound. This is up to a $1.50 a pound savings.

4. BLEND FITNESS

The Deal: You can try out Blend Fitness’ SlimLine POD for free. This is one of Blend’s most popular spa services. The SlimLine is designed to help burn calories while improving circulation, reducing muscle soreness and decreasing cellulite. An appointment is necessary to take advantage of the free offer and there are also specials being offered on future visits.

5. CVS

The Deal: If it’s time to stock up on shampoo, CVS might be worth a trip. It has Aussie and Herbal Essences products on sale for $2.99 for customers with a CVS card.
