Grocery Saving Tips Topic of Upcoming Class
The Land O’ Lakes Library is playing host to a class that will teach participants how to shave dollars off their bottom line.
Do you cringe when you see the total pop up in the checkout line at the grocery store? Tired of cutting corners in what you buy to make ends meet?
Allison Martin has some tips that can help you save money – and time – on your weekly grocery bill.
The financial coach plans to teach a class on couponing “the lazy way” on March 5 at the Land O’ Lakes Library.
“In coming, you will learn how to chomp away at your grocery bill by only spending 30 minutes or less per week and not clipping a single coupon you don’t need,” the library’s Facebook page states.
Topics that will be addressed during the presentation include:
- Where to find the right coupons
- The lingo related to coupons
- How to organize coupons
- Coupon simulation
- Store policies to know about
- “The 5-Step Approach”
Martin’s presentation starts at 6:30 p.m. March 5 at the library, 2818 Collier Parkway. For more details, visit Pasco County Libraries online.
