The mixed-breed young guy is high energy and affectionate, Pasco County Animal Services volunteer Jeff Lipkes said.

He is ready for a home filled with love and fun, but no felines.

Johnny is not a fan of cats, Lipkes said.

Adoption fees are regularly $70, but every animal is half-price for the rest of September, Lipkes said.

A $5 tag is also required for Pasco residents. The shelter accepts cash or checks only.
