Rain from Tropical Storm Debby continues to soak the area today and it isn’t expected to stop in the near future. Today’s forecast calls for a 90 percent chance of rain and a high only in the mid-80s. We also remain under a tornado watch as conditions are ripe for funnel cloud development.
