Misty isn't your average kitten. While only about 5 months old, she's already pretty laid back.

Described as very sweet and just a little bit shy by workers at Pasco County Animal Services in Land O’ Lakes, Misty is a domestic short hair cat.

Visit Animal Services and Misty will be very easy to spot in the kitten room. She's the sweet little one that doesn't demand much attention, but sure enjoys getting it.

Misty is on sale right now for $10. Adoption fees for cats are typically $40.

The shelter is open for adoptions Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 4:30 p.m., Thursday from noon to 6:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from noon to 4:30 p.m. The center is closed on holidays.
