Participants in Rockus Maximus Revolution faced off in a battle of fortitude March 20.
The final pre-concert challenge in Rockus Maximus Revolution, the 14th annual Pasco County Battle of the Bands took place at in Lutz March 20. Representives from four of the eight bands went up against four teens from the library system's teen programs in a contest to see who could handle the the best.
Two library teens, Elisha Scott and Angela Vacura, tied for the victory.
The concert that wraps up the battle of the bands is set for Friday, March 25 at Crews Lake Park, 16739 Crews Lake Dr. in Spring Hill, starting at 6 p.m. There is an estimated $6,000 in prizes on the line in this year's event.
