Republican Club Leader Announces Candidacy

Sandy Graves of Land O' Lakes is running for Pasco County Republican State Committeewoman. The position will be on the ballot in August.

Speaker Designates Representative Will Weatherford, left, Sandy Graves, and Representative Richard Corcoran attend the April meeting of the Republican Club of Central Pasco.

 

Sandy Graves, vice president of The Central Pasco Republican Club, recently announced her candidacy for Pasco County Republican State Committeewoman during the club's April meeting.

The party position acts a a grassroots liaison between the Pasco Republican Executive Committee, county Republicans and the Republican Party of Florida.  The position will be on the ballot in August and is voted on by Republicans countywide.  

"Graves has been a lifelong Republican, a member of the Republican Executive Committee for over a decade and was the Pasco Co-chair of the Romney campaign in the primary election in January,"  a press release stated.

The April meeting also featured Speaker Designates Representative Will Weatherford and Representative Richard Corcoran. Both representatives discussed their visions for the future of Florida, according to the release.
