Taco Bell Attack Leads to Arrest of Land O' Lakes Man
A man who repeatedly punched another man when asked to leave the restaurant on March 8 was recently identified.
A Lutz Taco Bell employee asked a group to leave the property after the restaurant's dining area closed for the evening.
When he asked a second time, a man in the group punched him in the face at the 22744 State Road 54 location, deputies say.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Giovanni Labossiere became verbally aggressive with the employee before punching him once, then two or three more times as the man attempted to write down Labossiere's vehicle information at about 11 p.m. on March 8.
The man was knocked down and suffered a fractured jaw from the attack, a complaint affidavit stated.
Labossiere, 19, of 17453 Sandgate Court in Land O' Lakes was later identified by photo pack, according to the report. He was arrested March 18 and charged with aggravated battery.

this is just ridiculous!! What is wrong with people these days? This guy deserves whatever he gets for hurting the employee! Its a shame that people can't even be or feel safe at work!! What a punk!! I hope that the employee heals quickly and I hope that he gets to witness JUSTICE being served in his case!

Punk plain and simple. Unfortunately he's not unique. There are a ton of idiots like this that have no respect for anyone or anything. It's not like he punched him once and realized that he made a mistake he punched him again. Justice will be him serving some time in jail and be under house arrest until he pays for all medical bills, work time lost and court costs. He should also be forced to go through counseling and/or some type of boot camp where he can learn some respect and be put on probation and made aware of the fact that if he screws up again it won't be days in jail it will be years in prison. And his buddies in the group that didn't step in and stop him need to be put on notice as well because you can bet that they are all punk troublemakers as well.
