1. Why not, upper management gave themselves a raise by changing their jobs to new jobs and reaping the pay increases for the new positions when pays were frozen for existing posistions!

2. That would be a good move to correct an otherwise act of stupidity on the part of the comissioners in the past regarding parks and libraries.

3. Another dumb law that probably won't be enforced any more than the others which never seem to be enforced as regularly as they should be. Cats are also a big problem! Irresponsible pet owners which certainly seem to be the majority of pet owners are definately the problem!
