Democracy isn't a spectator sport-so come out and vote early to have your voice heard for the presidential preference primary. The early voting period for the Jan. 31 Presidential Preference Primary (PPP) will end at 5 p.m. this Saturday, Jan. 28 at all six early voting sites in Pasco County.
By law, Florida is a closed primary state and as such, the PPP is a partisan election for registered Republicans only. There are no democratic candidates, minor party candidates or amendments on the ballot for this election. Voters must present a photo and signature ID when early voting, or vote a provisional ballot. Until then, early voting sites are open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Information regarding early voting locations and times is available on www.pascovotes.com Brian Corley-Supervisor of Elections.

Hi Phyllis,
The PPP is closed to all but registered Republicans.

Romney is the best all around candidate. Newt had his chance and failed the test of leadership in the House ( just ask the GOP members that pushed him aside). Why replace one failed leader (Obama) with another failed leader (Newt) ?

that's your opinion and you're entitled--I for one do not share your veiws---Romney is just another Scott--a corporate thief-who doesn't have a clue as to how the middle class and below live--and doesn't seem to give a darn
