Premier Martial Arts is the most comprehensive, Practical martial arts program available today! We incorporate the best striking and self defense techniques from Muy Thai, BJJ, Karate, Kickboxing, and Krav Maga.

*We have a little champions class for 4-6 year olds
Tues & thurs 5:15 to 5:45

*Our Youth Program is for our 7-14 year olds
Mon & Wed 4:30 to 5:15
Tues & Thurs 6 to 6:45

We also have an amazing Kid Fit class which is included in the PMA program. If you are concerned like we are about child obesity and lack of fitness then this is a class you definitely want your child to participate in!
