The GFWC Lutz/Land O'Lakes Woman's Club is having a fundraising Bake Sale! Our wonderful members are working hard in a hot kitchen, so you don't have too! We will have cakes, cookies, bread, cupcakes and other delectable treats! Stop by the Breakfast Nook for a bite, shop in Rooms and Relics for all sorts of amazing objet d'art, and then stop by and pick up a mouthwatering dessert that you don't have to slave in a hot kitchen to make!
We are doing this fundraiser to help us raise money for postage to send care packages to our servicemen and women serving our country overseas. Many of them don't get any support from home. A mail call without a letter or package makes for a dismal day. And we want to put sunshine into their lives.
If you have a family member or friend from Lutz or Land O'Lakes serving our country overseas, please feel free to stop by and give me their address and we will be happy to put them on our list! We are supporting all the servicemembers but we are making a special effort to support our own!
Stop by for a dessert, give a donation, and pick up some information on how you can help. I will have a special gift for all you wonderful folks who are lifting our servicemembers morale with your generous donation.
Feel like writing a letter of thanks to boost a letterless servicemember? Write a letter tonight with the salutation "Dear Soldier" (Sailor, Marine or Airman- your choice we support them all) bring it in an unsealed envelope and I will be happy to get it to a soldier.
We will be also setting aside a small percent of our donations from the bake sale for the Lopez Veterans Nursing Home.

More About Rooms and Relics
Owner Kathryn Sholette's gem of a shop (formerly known as From Our Home to Yours) sells clean, undamaged consigned furniture, home décor and accessories, antiques, collectibles and unique knick knacks.
Anyone interested in consigning their items, must schedule an appointment in advance. Linens, pillows, and electronics (except for lamps and unused cookware in their original box) are not accepted.
Stop by often as the inventory changes week-to-week as new items are constantly being added to the showroom floor. Also, as time passes, prices are lowered even more. Unsold items are then generously donated to the Hope Children’s Home Thrift Store, with all proceeds benefiting the non-profit organization.
