 or 23 years and recently retired.&nbsp\; Maurice Radford\, also retired\
 , has 25 years of experience in law enforcement with 11 years spent as c
 ommander of patrol operations in the PCSO.&nbsp\;\nEach candidate will h
 ave an opportunity to promote their campaign positions and there will be
