Community Resource Partnership presents a panel discussion on “Aging and Life Care Planning” at Connerton Court in Central Pasco . Learn about life care planning through the natural progression of aging and its impact on an elder’s health, mobility, housing, and financial resources.  CRP professionals discuss options for seniors and their families to plan, pay for and coordinate long-term care.
