Donate School Supplies For Teachers During "Stuff The Bus" Campaign
Donated school supplies help teachers prepare for the upcoming school year.
The annual "Stuff the Bus" campaign is back this year. The United Way run program collects school supplies and funds to help teachers get ready for the upcoming school year.
This year, the school buses will be located at various locations throughout Pasco County, where residents can drop off school supplies or gift cards. The goal is to literally "stuff the bus" with supplies.
Needed supplies include things like tape, tissue boxes, rulers, dictionaries and scissors.
The buses will be located at the following places in Land O' Lakes between Aug. 2 through Aug. 4:
- Wal-Mart-Lutz: 1575 Land O Lakes Blvd.
-The Shoppes at Sunlake Centre: 18901 State Road 54.
For a full list of locations go to this link. Teachers who applied to be a part of this event will receive a box during the second week of August filled with school supplies.
