Oakley is a 5-year-old shepherd-chow mix, who is friendly and mellow, Pasco County Animal Services volunteer Jeff Lipkes said.
Oakley also knows basic commands, Lipkes said.

The adoption fee is $70, plus a $5 tag required for Pasco residents, however, the shelter is offering a name-your-own-price special through the end of October.
"People adopting an animal get to determine what they'll pay," Lipkes said.
The shelter accepts cash or checks only.
