Here's a look at the schedule of events at the Land O' Lakes Branch Library, 2818 Collier Pky., for the week of May 3-7:
- Tuesday, May 3 – The Anime Club meets at 6 p.m. Check with library staff about joining this group designed for teens with an interest in Japan and anime. Family Night Out gets started at 6:30 p.m., featuring crafts and stories for all ages.
- Wednesday, May 4 – An advanced email class is set for 10 a.m. Check with library staff about signing up.
- Thursday, May 5 – Baby storytime takes place at 11:30 a.m. and again at 2:30 p.m.
- Friday, May 6 – Toddler storytime takes place at 10:15 and 10:45 a.m. today. Preschool storytime is planned for 11:30 a.m. Teen Game Night begins at 6 p.m.
- Saturday, May 7 – A Mother’s Day Tea Party is planned at 2 p.m. for kids and their mothers. Registration in advanced is asked for. Check at the library to sign up. The deadline is 5 p.m. May 6.
