"Izzy is a very sweet playful pup! She is deaf and needs to have an owner with the patience to train her," according to the Pasco County Animal Services website.
Izzy is "deaf, but responsive," Pasco County Animal Services volunteer Jeff Lipkes said.
The 1 ½-year-old American bulldog is good on a leash and "can be trained with hand signals," Lipkes said.

The adoption fee is $70, plus a $5 tag required for Pasco residents. The shelter accepts cash or checks only.
