We've always loved the Panera in Carrollwood, but one is needed in central pasco county, too. Land O Lakes, northern Lutz...There are lots of outparcels around the superwalmart sandwiched between US 41 and Dale Mabry.

Rods in Lutz, or Hungry Harry's are a better bet than any Leroy Selmons. We ent to the New Tampa location and the entire group (3 families) thought it was terrible food and service. A Cheesecake Factory would be nice.
