Photo Gallery: Healing Touch Health Expo

Healing Touch Skin Care and Wellness Center celebrated its recent expansion with an event that raised nearly $400 for Habitat for Humanity.

, 3016 Land O Lakes Blvd,  hosted a spring health fair and vendor expo March 16 to celebrate its expansion.

The free event featured information on the latest alternative medicines, stroke screening, local vendors, raffles and a silent auction. Proceeds from raffle ticket sales and the silent auction will be donated to Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco.

"We raised almost $400," Healing Touch owner Lori Ellis said. "We had very gracious donators and raffle prizes."

Ellis chose East Central Habitat for Humanity "because I went and helped on a build in Lacoochee in February and had such a great experience, and it goes to such a good cause," she said in a
