Patch's Best Customer Service contest moves forward with the 16 sweetest local businesses who treat their customers right.

Our final 16 businesses have been chosen by our readers as having the best customer service in Land O’ Lakes. But there can only be one true champ! So check out the Round 3 pairings below and vote for your favorites.

Note, the rules of the game have changed a bit this round. The winner of each of the polls will earn 5 points and each business will garner 2 points for new written reviews on their directory listings. (Only one review per user name will count!)

The businesses with the highest combined score in their bracket as of noon Friday, March 23, will advance to the next round, so be sure to make your voice heard.
