The 7-year-old hound is sweet, affectionate and energetic, Pasco County Animal Services volunteer Jeff Lipkes said.
Harvey is heartworm positive, according to Lipkes.

The adoption fee is $70, plus a $5 tag required for Pasco residents. The shelter accepts cash or checks only.
The adoption fees for all dogs and cats adopted in February will be paid by Tom Dobies of Dobies Funeral Homes.
