In person registration at LA Fitness for our upcoming 2013 Spring Flag Football Season. Stop by to meet us in person, and to register, get info, or drop off payment.

Season Dates: April 6 – June 8 (no games May 25-Memorial Day Weekend)
Day/Time: Saturdays 9am-1pm (times may vary) Games start at 9am (games on the hour)

Coaches: All coaches are volunteers, background checks,receiving unlimited league support, special website access.
