Happy New Year!! PCAS is excited to kick off 2013 with a partnership with Friendly Kia of New Port Richey. For the month of January adopters can take their adoption receipt to Friendly Kia and will be reimbursed in full for their adoption fee!! We hope you'll join us this Saturday (1/5) from 12-3 for our monthly Adoptathon as we celebrate this exciting partnership! Start your new year with a new pet!!!
