Love Your Pets with all your Heart Event

February is American Heart Month, and in case you need one more reason to keep your heart healthy, consider your pets.  For many of us, our pets are our family, and they depend on us for their every need.   Heart and Stroke research has made great strides since American Heart Month was inaugurated in 1963, but it is still our nation’s number one killer.  Pet Fanatic (in the Tropical Village Plaza at 1532 Land O Lakes Blvd., Lutz, FL) with help from East-West Animal Hospital will host a “Love Your Pets With All Your Heart” event on Saturday February 26, 2011 from 10 AM – 3 PM, with proceeds to heart and stroke charities.

The event will include a silent auction with some fantastic items up for auction, live music, a magician, prizes and giveaways.  Dogs with their well-trained and leashed humans are always welcome.  Pet-Fantic will have an event t-shirt available in both human and doggie sizes, emphasizing the need to keep our hearts healthy. East-West Animal Hospital will have representatives on hand to answer questions about keeping your pets healthy as well.
