Looking For Someone

On December 3 at about 6:00PM I was in a serious car accident and a wonderful person climbed into my car and held my hand and prayed with me. I would love to find out who she was. She was wearing a black polo shirt with what looked like letters or a symbol and I would love to let her know her prayers were answered.
