Want to make sure the information you need to share with the community is featured on Patch? Upload the details in an announcement!
Press releases, calls for volunteers, an employee promotion at your business, student achievements—all of these and more can be posted directly on the site.
It's super easy. Just click on the News tab at the top of the Patch site, then click on Announcements. Select "add a new announcement", add the information and publish.
That's it! If you'd like to see the announcement featured on the homepage, send an email with the link to the announcement to email@example.com.
And if it's an event you'd like to spread the word about, you can add the details to our events calendar. Your event will be live on the site right away. And, of course, if you'd like to see it featured, email the link to the event to firstname.lastname@example.org. We may follow up for a story, too!
