A 49-year-old Wesley chapel resident assaulted his neighbor and had to be struck with a taser to be detained, according to authorities.

David Ray Brady, Loury Drive, got into an argument with a neighbor over vehicle ramps on Thursday, but a responding sheriff's deputy told Brady the matter was a civil issue.

Brady then allegedly stated he would take matters into his own hands before entering into his neighbor’s backdoor hallway, pinning the neighbor up against the wall and striking him with closed fists and breaking his nose, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report.
