According to the affidavit, Crews-Hill, , entered the master bedroom after the homeowners left the residence and took a firearm, two rings and "some miscellanious paper items," then hid them in his sister's backpack and gave them to a friend to hide for him.
When questioned by a deputy, Crews-Hill provided the location of the backpack, the firearm and "some marijuana," the report stated.
Post-Miranda, Crews-Hill did not admit to taking the items, however he did provide their location and admitted to entering the master bedroom without permission, the report stated.
The incident report was unclear as to where the marijuana came from, Pasco Sheriff's Office spokesman Kevin Doll said.
