Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Kids
Moises Mestanza was charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition.
A 53-year-old man has been accused of showing his genitals to girls at an RV park swimming pool.
On April 5, three girls, ages 8, 10 and 12, were at the Encore RV Park swimming pool at 21632 State Road 54 in Lutz when a man showed them his sex organ while he was in the pool and rubbed it, according to a Pasco County Sheriff’s detective.
Moises Mestanza, who lives in the trailer park, was arrested Monday and charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition. He was released the same day on $30,000 bail.
