Man Accused of Molesting 9-Year-Old Girl
The incidents took place over the course of several years, deputies say.
A 53-year-old Land O’ Lakes man has been accused of sexually molesting a pre-teen girl.
On several occasions between 2009 and April 1, 2012, the man touched the girl’s sex organ and buttocks when he visited her, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. He eventually put her hand on his sex organ, the report said. He told her not to tell anyone and told deputies he “fondled” her because he was “lonely.”
The girl is now 9 years old.

Douglas Thomas Frayne, of 2730 Blueslate Court, was arrested Monday. He was released from the Land O’ Lakes jail the same day on $50,000 bail.
