Sheriff's Office Seeks Info on Christmas Eve Bank Burglary

Anyone with information about the suspect pictured is asked to call the sheriff's office tip line.

Pasco County Sheriff's detectives are investigating a Christmas Eve bank burglary in Wesley Chapel, which may be related to other similar bank burglaries in the Bay area on the same day.

At around 4 a.m. on Dec. 24, a black male suspect smashed a window and entered Heritage Bank, 28909 State Road 54. The man pried open a cabinet, but no money was taken, sheriff's office spokesman Kevin Doll said in a media release.

The man was wearing a white hoodie sweatshirt, pink gloves and a dark-colored mask, according to the release.
