How Many Times Per Week Should You Do Cardio?
Cardio is a critical part to successful weight loss
To get the maximum results from cardio you want to shoot for doing cardio at least 4 to 5 times per week, if you are working on losing weight. I would honestly aim for 6 and you will more likely to end up at 4 or 5 instead of aiming for 4 and only getting 2 or 3. 1) You burn lots of calories.
2) You are more conscious about your health and food choices when you exercise.
3) It helps with moods - you tend to be happier because exercising releases serotonin which is the ‘feel good’ hormone in the body.
4) It helps your body release excess toxins which slows aging and fights disease.
