How Omega 3’s Affect Your Fat Loss and Can Help Fight Disease

Omega 3's have also been shown in MANY studies to reduce depression, help with weight loss, lower cholesterol and triglycerides, help with constipation, prevent vision loss as you age, and more.

Omega 3’s are another really important nutrient our bodies need.  They are called essential fatty acids because they are essential for your body and you need to consume them since your body does not make them. If you eat enough fish two to three times a week, you don’t need to supplement (anchovies or wild fish like salmon from the ocean, not farm raised).

The American Heart Association recently released a statement that every adult needs to consume at least 1000 mg a day of fish oil or Omega 3's to help prevent heart disease.  Omega 3’s have also been shown in MANY studies to reduce depression, help with weight loss, lower cholesterol and triglycerides, help with constipation, prevent vision loss as you age, help with your skin, nails, hair and reduce joint pain.  They are also great for keeping down excess inflammation which is a HUGE part of many diseases. There are so many great health benefits to them that I make sure take a supplement for this EVERY DAY.

You want to make sure you get a pharmaceutical grade one though so it doesn’t have any heavy metals.  You also want one that doesn’t have "repeat" (that fish taste you burp for a few hours after you take them).
