Taking Good Vitamins Every Day is Critical to Your Health and Results

Taking good, absorbable vitamins is CRITICAL to your success with weight loss and health.

Vitamins are SO important for SO many reasons. Our body needs vitamins and minerals to function and if we don’t get them, then our health suffers. They have linked so many diseases like cancer and heart disease to a deficiency in certain vitamins and minerals. There are actually nine minerals that are necessary for weight loss and if you are deficient in those minerals it can slow down your weight loss!

Taking good, absorbable vitamins is CRITICAL to your success with weight loss and health. They are the building blocks to your cells and without them, your body is deficient. Unless of course you are eating, 9 – 11 servings of FRESH fruits and vegetables a day; then you don’t need to take them. But really, who does that?  Take vitamins as an “insurance policy.” 

I used to be horrible about remembering to take them, remembering only once every few weeks. After I really got how important they are and understood that my body was deficient without them, I can now say I NEVER go a day without them. But it took me years to finally develop the habit and you can too.
