The Pasco County Cooperative Extension Office plans a free seminar on how to protect plants from cold weather. Extension representatives will teach attendees the "right" way to protect cold sensitive plants at the Hudson Regional Library, 8012 Library Rd., from 6:30-7:40 p.m. Jan. 4.
