Sunlake, Land O' Lakes Bring Home Wins
Both local teams did their schools proud during Friday's games.
It was a good night for Land O’ Lakes football – even if the games didn’t take place in town.
The Gators toppled Springstead 35-14 and the Seahawks soared to another win in an ongoing streak by defeating Mitchell 35-6, according to C2CSchools.com.
Next up for the Gators is another away game Oct. 6 at Mitchell. The undefeated Seahawks travel to Nature Coast Technical Oct. 7.
