My husband and I had our first and our LAST appts at this dental office. We requested a standard cleaning, and received a light polishing, no cleaning. The hygienist spent more time trying to sell us their deep cleaning procedure, at an add'l cost of $500, of which $250 was not covered by our insurance. When we scheduled the appts we informed them that we would not have any procedures that were not fully covered by our insurance. We have filed a formal complaint with our insurance company. Stay away from this office unless you want to toss your money down the drain.

I'm not sure if we both went to the same office, but I recieved exceptional care from Dr. Michael Novy and his knowlegable staff. My husband was told he needed a deep cleaning, and he definatley did!! The office manager was kind enough to explain our insurance benefits, and we felt completley confortable with the treatment. I recomend this office to ANYONE who is looking for a great family practice.
