The worst company I have ever done business with. They are crooks, will not let you cancel and will try to strong arm you if you try to stop service. Contract sneakily auto-renews which they are supposed to send a letter 30 days and will not. Check out the reviews online and articles in the TBO, there are plenty to show this is a terrible business run by criminals. Save yourself lots of time, stress and money going with an honest company.

Worst customer service EVER! The receptionist read aloud my credit card number in front of other customers even after I asked her to stop. When I tried to cancel services I was told I would need to sign a statement. Okay so I did. However, they continued to come out and bill me for services. When I went in to address the issue, I was told my file had no record of a cancellation. I spoke with the owner who basically accused me of lying about turning in a notice and about my compliant with the receptionist reading my credit card aloud. So again I signed a piece of paper requesting to terminate services. The manager did try to make arrangements with me not to terminate and even gave me his personal cell, but I wasn't having it. However, they continued to come out to my house and spray. Seriously! So again I called to complain only to be told by the receptionist that I had no right to be angry. I said I was not angry with her, but I do have a right to be angry with bad service. The receptionist then hung up on me. I proceeded to call the owner, who had told me if I had any issues I could call him. His response was to tell me he had already spoken to his receptionist so he didn't need to speak with me, and then hung up on me. This company has the WORST service ever! And what I haven't mentioned so far is that when I did use them, I was repeatedly having to call them out because weeds and pest were never fully treated.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR PEST SERVICE!!! You will be tricked into a never ending contract that you will not be able to get out of! We sent a certified letter in December requesting our service be cancelled only to come home and find that they have serviced our residence and charged us AGAIN. My husband went in to dispute and the owner threw the contract in his face and then threatened him stating "I know where you live", what does that mean?!?!?!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE !!!!! I went through the first year of service with them. They call me at the end, and ask for my credit card to renew. I said, no thankl you, I am cancelling. THEN, they keep coming !!!! I called, they said, you have to send in writing, so I send a cancellation e-mail. They come again !! She says, "We don't check our e-mail. " SO I dropped off a cancellation in writing. I asked the receptionist to sign and date it, and make me a copy. I went to the Better Business Bureau, . The BBB sent me a letter stating, that First Class Pest Solutions, never responded to ANY of the BBB's correspondence either !! In writing, or by phone. SO, it will go down on their file, as yet another HORRIBLE example of poor business ethics, and poor customer service !!! Folks, do yourself a favor, read the online reviews, before you get lured in by these jokers. I spoke to the Manager on the phone, about how displeased I was, and that I was going to file a complaint. He said, it's only stupid people like me, who would file a complaint ! HHMMMM, I'm the stupid one?? Do yourself a favor, look at online reviews, before you get tied up with a business.
