I just moved to the area from Atlanta, Ga. My favorite watch had broken in the transit...I received a welcome package in the mail.
In the package was a coupon for Franklin Jewelers-so I decided to take my watch there to see if they could repair it. The lady that helped me was very professional, soft spoken & kind. She took the watch & made sure the batteries were ok & then went on to try & repair it while I waited (which I wasn't expecting). When she brought back the watch it was working again & I asked how much I owed her & she said this one is on us-
