Sensei Ernesto has been teaching karate since he was a teenager, and obtained his International Karate Instructor Certification in 1997 under Master Hirokazu Kanazawa in Okinawa, Japan. As a testament to his training abilities, Sensei Ernesto was recognized by the NKF (National Karate-do Federation) as one of the premiere karate instructors in the country.
He continues to annually train and develop several National Karate Champions in the NKF, AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) & SKIF (Shotokan Karate International Federation) circuits.
Classes for adults and children (4 years+) are scheduled through the week, often between 5pm - 8pm. Instruction is available for all skill levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced. Sensei Ernesto offers discounts to families and Hillsborough and Pasco county based teachers.
If you are looking for a worry-free, safe and engaging environment for your child during after school hours, Keiko Shin may have the solution. In addition to designated reading and homework time, children also learn non-tangibles such as discipline and self-confidence which ultimately result in improved grades and social skills. Parents don’t have to be concerned with any long-term commitments; there are no contracts or registration fees. Transportation is provided for after-school participants.
