Foster Homes Needed for Rescued Dogs

The Suncoast Animal League it took in almost 30 dogs Thursday that were in danger of being put down at shelters in Pasco and Hillsborough counties.

Like dogs? Here's your chance to help improve the life of a dog embarking on a better life. The Suncoast Animal League is looking for foster homes for several dogs that were rescued Thursday. Puppies a Plenty at Animal Services

The Pasco County agency has taken in 32 dogs from one breeder in recent days.

The recent arrivals have put a strain on the agency’s limited boarding capacity. "We have limited space," director John Malley told Channel 10. "So that's the importance of letting the community know we can't necessarily do this alone." To find out about adopting a puppy, dog or cat, visit animal services, 19670 Dogpatch Lane. The shelter is open for adoptions Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 4:30 p.m., Thursday from noon to 6:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from noon to 4…
