Daddies and their little girls are invited to show off their moves Feb. 18 when the second annual Father-Daughter Dance gets under way at the Land O’ Lakes Recreation Complex. The idea for a Valentine’s Day father-daughter dance was born last year when Elena Ruggiero, a recreation leader at the complex, suggested the idea. A former floral designer, she was recalling how popular corsages were for father-daughter events and the idea was born.
