We had a blast hanging out at Acme's movie in the park Saturday. Thanks for coming out, and thanks for bringing us those cans!
Acme Outdoor Movies hosted a free showing of "A Dolphin Tale" Saturday at the Land O' Lakes Community Center, and we were thrilled that so many folks came over to the Patch RV to say hello, and even more thrilled that so many brought canned goods for our food drive! Thanks to you all, Patch is well on the way to reaching its goal of a ton of food for Feeding America Tampa Bay. Be sure to come by and see us Friday, May 18 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Wisteria Plaza as we host the Ton of Fun family night, along with Walton's Ice Cream, Paulie's Pizza and Mobile Gaming Revolution. What’s big and green and likes to fill up on donated food? The Patch RV, of course! And in the spirit of Patchiness, we at Land O’ Lakes Patch decided to cap off the Florida Patch Give a Ton food drive with an evening of jolly green, er, good, fun. Walton’s Ice Cream & Coffee, Paulie’s Pizza and Mobile Gaming Revolution have teamed up with us to host the Ton of Fun Family Night at the Wisteria Plaza, 6757 Land O’ Lakes Blvd. We will have a bounce house, a mobile gaming theater, cornhole and crafts for the kids, and door prizes, along with plenty of free Patch swag for you to take home. The Patch Give-A-Ton Food Drive is entering its third week and it’s going great thanks to you Land O' Lakes! If you’re not on board yet, it’s easy to get involved. Just stop by one of our business partners and drop off your donation. Here are the locations that are accepting items for the drive: There are only two ground rules for drive: no glass and no perishables.
