Local Business Offers Clients Beauty, Healing from the Inside Out

Lori Ellis opens up about her wellness center and her path to success.

Lori Ellis of Land O' Lakes is all smiles as she settles into a chair in her wellness center's "detox room" -- not drug or alcohol detox, Ellis is quick to point out. She says she is 51, but it's hard to believe. She obviously has a secret. A single mother of two grown boys, Ellis has worked hard to get where she is today, but it's the people she's met along the way who have made it possible, she says. "It's been an amazing journey so far," Ellis says. Healing Touch Skin Care Hosts a Laser Party

You're invited to meet Dr. Erin Chamberlin and receive laser skin rejuvenation services for half off the regular price.

Feeling a little wear and tear? Need some time for yourself before the holidays kick your schedule into overdrive? Healing Touch Skin Care and Wellness Center will open its doors for a "Laser Party" at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29. Dr. Erin Chamberlin, who began offering services at the center this week, will be available for a meet-and-greet from 9-9:30 a.m. to discuss the laser treatment options now available at Healing Touch Skin Care and Wellness Center, owner Lori Ellis said. Men and women who have concerns about their skin can ask Chamberlin questions about the treatments that best address those issues, Ellis said.
