Metropolitan Ministries Tent Reopens Saturday
Volunteers are again accepting donations in Land O’ Lakes for Pasco residents in need.
Want to know why that large white tent has been pitched on State Road 54 near the intersection with U.S. 41? The folks at Keystone Community Church, 21010 State Road 54, are at it again. They’re collecting food and toy donations for Metropolitan Ministries. The tent reopens for donations on Saturday, Dec. 15. It will be staffed through Dec. 23. The hours volunteers are in place are as follows: Mondays through Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Thursdays and Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is the fourth year the Keystone congregation has held the drive.
