WOBtoberfest Comes to Land O' Lakes

Beer lovers, rejoice. World of Beer in Land O’ Lakes will host its first-ever WOBtoberfest featuring Ayinger Brewery this weekend.

The event kicks off today, Oct. 12, from 2 p.m. to close. The party starts again Saturday at noon.

The beer festival will feature more than 25 Oktoberfest and pumpkin beers on tap. WOB Loyalty members will reap the rewards with free take-home mugs and raffle tickets for hourly raffles, according to a press release.

“We are so excited to bring the first-ever WOBtoberfest to Land O’ Lakes,” World of Beer Land O’ Lakes general manager Stuart White said. “We have been anticipating this event for a long time, and can’t wait to show everyone a great time!”

The festival will include live music, with including performances by Todd Lutes on Friday and Rosco Freed on Saturday.

And don’t be afraid to show up hungry. Hamburgers, hot dogs, bratwursts and sausages will be cooked up all day Saturday.
