Our customer, J. Ballard called in today to give kudos to our staff - Nick, our Sales Advisor did a good job. No high pressure sales. Loved everything about the visit and install. She also said that Daryl & David did a great installation job for them. She was extremely happy with the whole process.

Thank you IERNA's Heating & Cooling for fixing my A/C!! IERNA's was able to schedule me quickly, arrived on time, and the repair didn't take too long. All technicians I dealt with were clean, friendly, and professional. I liked that I was presented with a couple of repair options, so I could pick which price was right for me. I even got a call the next day to make sure everything was still great and it was. I have recommended IERNA's to others and they have had positive experiences too. Very happy customer!
