Pasco Government Offices Are Closed Today
Most county agencies will observe the July 4 holiday, but will reopen July 5.
Land O’ Lakes residents hoping to get a little county business handled today will have to wait. Pasco County is taking the day off to celebrate the July 4 holiday.
The closings include all constitutional offices and courts. The tax collector’s office is also closed and libraries will observe their normal Monday closings.
Residents will also find that the county’s recreation complexes are closed today, but beaches and parks are open from dusk until dawn. The county’s pools will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., as well.

The Pasco County Resource Recovery Facility and East Pasco Transfer Station are closed today to all but licensed commercial haulers.
Emergency services are still available throughout the county.

Most state and federal offices, including the postal service, are closed today, as well.
Government offices will reopen for business as usual on Tuesday.
